This arm of our corporate citizenship focuses on orientation and accountability to society. At Guardian General, our every action is guided by our core values of Integrity, Growth, Quality and Serving People, as we uphold and comply with all regulations governing our business. 

In accordance with the established principles of Corporate Governance, the Group has created the following committees:

•  Audit and Compliance Committee
•  Remuneration Committee
•  Corporate Governance Committee

A Charter that sets out the responsibilities governs each Committee and the Board reviews the composition of each committee on an annual basis.

Our corporate citizenship initiatives are aligned to the organisation’s strategic goals which are in turn cascaded to every employee (Balanced Scorecard).

Strategy is everyone’s everyday job and we believe that when employees understand strategic goals and how instrumental they are in achieving them we attain employee commitment.

Communicating the organisation’s strategic goals, vision and mission is an important business process at Guardian General and ensures companywide understanding, engagement and implementation.
