The Heart and Soul of an Organisation

Guardian General Insurance Limited was named as a finalist for the Energy Chamber CSR Leadership Awards 2010 in the category “Strengthening Communities through Social Investment”.  This is an exceptionally proud accomplishment for us especially being first time entrants to the competition. 

 The CSR Leadership program seeks to recognise companies that continuously demonstrate a deep and genuine commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility at the individual, community and national level. We felt that our Pay It Forward initiative which is just one of our social outreach arms met these criteria and we were indeed correct. 

While we were a little disappointed that we did not win in our category, we know that the difference we have made through all of our charitable efforts have made us winners in so many more ways.  When we see the human impact and know that we are leaving a legacy of giving, we know we are more than winners. 

It builds our communities and it builds our team.    It truly is the heart and soul of Guardian General.

Our Pay It Forward initiative continues to grow and we’ve recently set another pay it forward challenge to our staff.  We’d also like to challenge you to pay it forward.
